Sorber Features
Proprietary 1.6” thick rigid fiberglass core - provides superior sound absorption compared to acoustic foam and other fiberglass baffles. Allows panels to free stand (S2466x2) or lay on top of an acrylic shield (LidPacs).
Velcro-receptive acoustic fabric jacket – provides another layer of sound absorption and allows Sorber baffles to attach to acrylic material or other Sorber baffles with Velcro.
Sewn seams – fabric jacket fully covers inner fiberglass. No glue is used and there is no exposed fiberglass.

Instead of treating the whole space, treat the source. HomePacs are an affordable alternative to soundproofing or acoustically treating an entire room. If you're unfamiliar with these options, they're great solutions - but there are so many products to choose from, materials can cost a fortune, and the job may require hiring a contractor or doing a lot of work yourself. By treating the source of sound directly, HomePacs will save you money, time, and effort.
The HomePac A provides the largest footprint of any sound absorption booth we offer as well as excellent volume reduction. Just take a step inside and you will hear and feel the difference. Sound reduction is achieved by surrounding your sound source with S2466x2 free-standing Sorber sound absorption baffles and an SL8466 Sorber lid on top.
These panels are extremely effective at soaking up excess high to mid frequency sounds produced by snare drums and cymbals, horns, woodwinds, strings, guitar - really any sound source that can fit inside. Best of all, they're easy to set up and don't require an engineering degree to do so.
All of our sound absorption booths are modular, portable, and customizable. We utilize the highest quality parts and components to provide a booth that is functional, stable, and aesthetically pleasing. Please note that all of our booths have a gap in the rear to promote air circulation and are not 'airtight' or 100% isolated. There is about 3-4’ of open space around the rear of the booth to allow for air exchange.
Each HomePac can be customized with optional 12" Sorber height extenders (SX2412x2) to raise the booth height to 6.5' and LED rope lighting to create a fun ambience inside the booth. Just select your preferred options in the drop down menu.
